Renaissance United Limited established since 1975

Renaissance United Limited is a leading international developer, turnkey contractor and investor in oil & gas, power, transportation, water & environment and industrial infrastructure projects worldwide.

The Company was established in 1975 and incorporated in 1992 as a construction and turnkey project company.

It was converted to a public company in 1993 and was awarded Operational Headquarters (OHQ) status by the Economic Development Board of Singapore.

The Company received ISO 9001 Certification for engineering development, project management, procurement, and construction services in 1996.

It has successfully completed contracts in over 30 locations worldwide, including: Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Iran, South Africa, Uruguay and Venezuela.

The Company restructured and successfully transformed itself into predominately an investment holding company in 2003.

Today, Renaissance United Limited has a diversified portfolio of strategic investments in gas distribution, high-tech semiconductors, and real estate development, among others.

Renaissance United Limited is located in Singapore and is listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

Capri Investment L.L.C. in which the Group holds a 100% equity interest, is engaged in property development and is currently in the planning stage of its next phase of 261 residential lots in its Falling Water Project which is located in Pierce County near the cities of Seattle and Tacoma in the state of Washington, USA.

The Company holds an 81.25% equity interest in ESA Electronics Pte Ltd (“ESA”). ESA is a Singapore incorporated company engaged in the business of assembling, trading and providing consultancy services in the semiconductor industry. ESA also acts as agents and distributors of semi-conductor back end equipment such as vision inspection systems and test systems.
